Cookie Policy
This policy explains what we store in your browser, why, and how to change or withdraw your choice. Nothing is measured and no advertising runs before you allow it.

What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a site places in your browser, and local storage is the space beside them, holding settings inside that browser only. We use both to run the site, remember your choices and measure how it is used — never to identify you personally.
The categories we use
Necessary
Always on. Needed to sign in, keep your session safe and remember this choice.
Examples: The session file that keeps you signed in, your language preference, and the record of your cookie choice.
No consent needed — the site cannot work without them
Analytics
Anonymous statistics about which pages are read, so we can improve them.
Examples: Google Analytics files such as _ga and _ga_*, which normally expire after two years.

Advertising
Lets our advertising partners show ads, including personalised ones.
Examples: Files set by Google and its advertising partners, used to measure, cap and personalise advertising.

Who serves the measurement and the advertising
We use Google Analytics for measurement, and Google AdSense with other advertisers to serve ads. These vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site or to other sites, and you can adjust or turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. What Google collects is described in Google's cookie policy and Google's privacy policy. Google Ads Settings · aboutads.info
Your choice, and taking it back
On a first visit we ask you about the optional categories, and none of them runs before you allow it. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time with the button below, or from the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page; withdrawing stops measurement and advertising from that moment, and the stored data can then be cleared through your browser or through Google's own controls.
Control from your browser
You can also delete what is stored, or block storage entirely, in your browser's own settings. Note that blocking the necessary storage prevents signing in and using the platform.
Changes to this policy
When we add a new measurement or advertising tool we update this page and name the category it belongs to, so what is written here always matches what actually runs.
